Greenacres Architecture was established in 2023. We have a diverse portfolio of projects in progress for our clients and a back catalogue of many project types from previous experience in practice. Our core architectural design, environmental and social values underpin project work and are the foundations of our approach. Wide knowledge and particular experience in one off houses and extensions, private housing developments, the commercial, industrial and extra care housing fields and  other completed  building types including  healthcare, education, sports and leisure. In addition to new build developments we are experienced in historic building projects, conversions, renovations and extensions.

The provision of architectural services represents the core activity provided by Greenacres Architecture with involvement in projects ranging from simple planning applications to the production of full working drawings and site inspections.

We also offer CDM Principal Designer services.

Through contact with other professionals, a full construction advice service including architectural, engineering and cost management advice is available.
